Catherine is an executive coach, facilitator and QI trainer with over 30 years’ experience in the health and care sector. Her career includes service development and redesign, operational management of both hospital and community services, and national improvement leadership and capability building roles. Catherine brings a wealth of real-life experience and practical tools to her work, focusing on building people’s confidence and capability with knowledge and skills they can put into use immediately.
Besides holding an MBA, Catherine is a licensed practitioner in MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory). She is qualified as an NLP (neuro linguistic programming) Master Practitioner and accredited Executive Coach, and has a particular interest in the human and cultural aspects of change.
Nicky is a registered physiotherapist who has been designing and leading quality improvement programmes for 10 years. Having worked as a clinician and senior manager for 20 years, her desire to make services safer, more effective and more sustainable led her to Quality Improvement, and a passion for teaching it to others.
She led the design and delivery of the General Practice Demand and Capacity webinar series for the Primary Care Transformation team (formerly Time for Care) and co-designed the acclaimed Digital and Transformation Lead programme for NHS England. She is a qualified coach and SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory) licenced practitioner.
Nicky believes that data is a powerful lever for change and that everyone can learn to understand and use it more effectively to make improvements in the lives of staff and patients.
Jennie has worked as a GP for 14 years, in both partnership and salaried roles, and was Clinical Director of a PCN for three years. She has experience of implementing change within General Practice, at practice, PCN and CCG level.
She has worked as a Quality Improvement facilitator with the Primary Care Transformation team for 6 years (formerly Time for Care) and has experience of supporting practices and PCNs with their improvement challenges, as well as delivering individual capability building training. She is a licensed practitioner in SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory).
Jennie has a particular interest in large scale change and the strategic aspects of change, including developing tools to help organisations consider their improvement needs, having led the development of the Support Level Framework for practices and PCNs.
Alice's expertise lies in her ability to connect with teams and help them create sustainable quality improvements, with a recent focus on supporting general practice and primary care networks to build collaboration and manage delivery of care in different ways.
Workforce is a passion, and she has led innovative national programmes in both primary and secondary care to develop new ways of working, contributing to unique skills that help teams integrate workforce redesign directly within their improvement work. Alice is a licensed practitioner in MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory) and holds qualifications in Juran six sigma and De Bono creativity.
Zoë is a quality improvement coach and facilitator. Her background is in primary care, with over 20 years as a general practitioner. Over that time she has used improvement methodology in her own organisations to deliver sustainable improvements, so brings a lived experience to her work. She has also worked with many individuals, practices and PCNs enabling them to see the wood for the trees using logical and practical tools and techniques, encouraging them to be the best they can be.
Zoë has a particular passion for staff wellbeing at all levels. She has been a GP appraiser in the past and is currently the Pastoral Care Lead for Somerset LMC.
She is an accredited coach, licensed practitioner for SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory) and holds an MBA Essentials qualification.
